LASCO NURSING SANTAS!

The LASCO/NAJ Nurse of the Year Anthonette Patterson (left) of the Kingston Public Hospital and First Runner Up LASCO/NAJ Nurse of the Year Prudence Grandison of National Chest Hospital share lens time with a student of Hagley Park Preparatory School, shortly after presenting him with a gift. The occasion was a treat at the school by the Nurses' Association of Jamaica. The nurses feted the students to food and gifts and took time out to play games with them. The Hagley Park Preparatory School Treat was just one of several treats spearheaded by the Nurse of the Year for youth and the elderly in Kingston and St. Catherine, this Christmas season. The Marie Atkins Shelter for Street people in downtown Kingston was one of the institutions, which was on the receiving end of the Nurse of the Year Christmas treats.
